Renee Booth
Renee B. Booth, Ph.D. has dedicated her career to helping executives and organizations find their potential to change their lives, their companies, and the world. She is currently President of Leadership Solutions, Inc., a boutique human resources consulting firm she founded in 1999, specializing in leadership assessment, selection, and development. Her clients include C-suite executives and leaders at Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, and leading not-for-profit organizations. These include, but are not limited to The Vanguard Group, Lincoln Financial Group, Rockefeller Capital Management, The Financial Accounting Foundation,
Investment Companies Institute, Guardian Life Insurance Company, Bespoke Partners, Principal Financial Group, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Zoetis, Trilogy Health, The University of Pennsylvania, The University of Notre Dame, Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Fairmount Park Conservancy.
Because of her human capital, leadership and education expertise, Renee is a sought after corporate and non-for-profit board member. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., one of the world's largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of Vanguard Charitable Trust, a donor advised fund sponsor and one of the nation’s largest grant making organizations, and the Board of Trustees of the Franklin Institute, a science museum in Philadelphia, where she serves on the Executive Committee, as Chair of the Education Committee and past Chair of the Compensation Committee. She previously served on the Board of Kenexa, now an IBM company that provides employment and retention services.
Prior to founding Leadership Solutions, Renee was the Eastern Regional Practice Leader for the Human Capital Group of Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Renee also served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources for financial services company ADVANTA Corporation, and spent more than a decade in senior positions with Hay Management Consultants.
Renee is a regular speaker at industry events and a member of The American Psychological Association. Renee received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland and a M.S. and Ph.D. in industrial/ organizational psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
Renee lives in Philadelphia, loves cooking and trying new dishes, giving back to her hometowns of Philadelphia and Myrtle Beach, SC, traveling to her favorite places across the US and around the world, and mentoring.
Michele Porterfield
​Michele A. Porterfield is a Practice Leader and founding member of Leadership Solutions, Inc., a leadership advisory consulting firm that specializes in leadership assessment and development at the executive level. Michele’s consulting expertise is in the areas of assessment for selection, leadership development, executive coaching, and teambuilding. Her goal is to help clients leverage talent to achieve business results, bringing a practical and pragmatic perspective and ensuring that recommendations are aligned with the organization’s unique culture and context. Michele works with both small and large clients across industries,
including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Select clients include Glenmede, Investment Company Institute, Metlife, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Trilogy Health Services, University of Notre Dame, and the Vanguard Group. In addition to her client work, Michele is actively involved in helping the firm design and develop new products and services to meet the changing needs of clients.

Prior to joining Leadership Solutions, Michele worked as a Consultant in the Human Resource Planning and Development practice of the Hay Group (now Korn Ferry), a global human resources consulting firm based in Philadelphia. Her work centered on developing and implementing competency-based applications in assessment, development, and performance management.

Michele is the co-author of a book entitled Outsmart Your Leadership Genes: Practical Prescriptions for Today’s Leaders. Based on her keen interest in helping young adults achieve their full potential, she serves on the Board of Directors at Heights Philadelphia, an organization with a vision to be an economic mobility catalyst by providing comprehensive support to help “first generation to college” students achieve success in college and in life. She has also served as Adjunct Faculty for The Philadelphia Center (TPC), teaching career development to undergraduates. She has been a frequent guest speaker at Leadership Philadelphia, helping audiences understand how their personal style impacts their approach to others both inside and outside of work.

Michele holds a B.A. from Villanova University, and a M.S. in Organizational Development from American University.

Michele lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband and two young adult children.
Aaron Weiss
Aaron Weiss is a distinguished leadership advisory consultant and executive coach, based in Philadelphia. He offers a broad range of expertise in the areas of leadership development, executive selection, global talent assessment, and team dynamics. Aaron partners with clients to solve their people-related business challenges by combining wisdom, experience, and behavioral science methodology.

Aaron is highly skilled at providing insightful, yet practical counsel to leaders and their teams. He advises a robust portfolio of the
region’s top corporations and institutions, with a concentration in Financial Services. A sample of his clients include Vanguard, MetLife, Guardian Life, Rockefeller Capital Management, TIAA, University of Pennsylvania, Saint Joseph’s University, and New York University.
As an executive coach, Aaron typically partners with C-suite executives, as well as Deans, Heads of Business Units, and world-class thought leaders. He has coached executives with diverse geographical, cultural, and technical backgrounds. His approach to coaching incorporates 360-degree feedback, business context, and organizational culture. He enables clients to build self-awareness of their unique talents, motives, and preferences, and helps them apply those differentiating characteristics effectively within complex professional environments.
Lekesha Campbell
Dr. Lekesha Campbell is a psychologist and senior consultant with Leadership Solutions, Inc. She is a subject matter expert in the intersection between business, people, and organizational performance. Lekesha leverages her expertise to help organizations develop high performing talent and maximize individual and team performance. Her areas of consulting expertise include executive assessment, leadership development, executive coaching, and team development.

In her coaching work, Lekesha supports executives in navigating the
nuanced business, culture, and people challenges leaders encounter as they transition into roles/organizations of increased complexity. She believes that effective leadership requires a combination of mindset, skills, and personal characteristics. Her approach to coaching pairs techniques rooted in behavioral science with real-time, practical advice to help executives effectively influence at all levels of the organization, drive results, and develop a high performing and engaged workforce.

Lekesha has consulted to a diverse range of executives, senior leaders, and higher-education professionals across a broad range of industries. Her clients have included Washington University in Saint Louis, Spelman College, The Vanguard Group, The Guardian Life Insurance Company, The Franklin Institute, Independence Blue Cross, Soleo Health, and All4 Inc. Lekesha holds a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology, Washington, DC, a Master of Science in Clinical and Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science from Delaware State University.

Outside of her consulting work, Lekesha has served as a guest speaker on topics related to mental health and employee wellbeing.

Lekesha is a native of Philadelphia and currently resides in the Philadelphia region with her husband and two children. She is a wanderlust at heart and loves to explore the world with her family and friends.
Bridgett Gammage
Bridget Gammage joined Leadership Solutions when the company was founded in 1998. In her current role as the Operations Manager, she is responsible for the organization's financial, human resources and administrative management. She also serves as the operational project manager for many of LSI's large-scale client engagements. Prior to joining LSI, Bridget was an Executive Assistant at Advanta Corporation, working with the company's senior executives including the CFO, Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Investor Relations. Bridget holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Peirce College. She is married with three children and lives in Philadelphia.

Adam Booth is our Director of Digital Media, a creative visionary with a strong background in communications. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from St. Joseph's University, Adam brings a deep understanding of the power of effective digital media strategies in today's dynamic landscape.
