The Complete Leader: Making The Most Of Your Environment
Session Background
While all leaders have both towering strengths and areas for development, most leadership training and development efforts focus on helping leaders address issues related to changing themselves, without taking into consideration what could be changed in their environment to positively impact performance. The reality is that certain behaviors seen in leaders are “hard wired” and difficult to change. The most effective leaders are those who know how to manage around personal characteristics that might not be working to their advantage, and more effectively manage their environment.
Session Objectives
- Create an opportunity for leaders to do a comprehensive assessment of both themselves as individuals and the organizational environments they are working within, to ensure optimal alignment of all available resources, processes, and structures.
- Help leaders identify a personal plan that will allow them to leverage natural strengths and mitigate deficits that may be impacting their ability to create a high performing organization.
Session Timing
- 1 – 1.5 day workshop

- Middle to senior level leaders with people leadership accountability
