In today’s environment, interviewers are savvier than they have ever been, and it is challenging as the hiring manager to sort out fact from fiction in terms of what a candidate will truly bring to your organization. Hiring managers need to be sophisticated in their understanding and insight about people so that they can have true confidence that individuals will be a good fit, both in terms of technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.
