The Realities of Leadership Life: Making An Effective Transition To The Executive Level
Moving from a middle level management role to the executive ranks of an organization is more than just simply a promotion. The transition comes with far more than just a new list of broader responsibilities – and yet there is no training course to spell things out or clarify the new rules of engagement. This course is designed to provide individuals with a clearer understanding about how things will change, what to expect, and how to effectively navigate a much more complex set of dynamics. The session is ideal for preparing individuals to make this organizational transition and for enlightening those who have already done so but want some real life advice and guidance about how to maximize their effectiveness and impact.
