Leading With The Power of Diversity: A Workshop For Managers And Leaders
This course is designed to help leaders manage effectively in an increasingly diverse environment. It will focus on how different cultural norms may interfere with an individual’s ability to fully integrate into an organization, build positive relationships with others, and present ideas in a way that they are heard positively and acted upon. For example, Why is it that people from certain cultures are so private and conservative that it is hard to get them to participate in team meetings effectively? Why do others from certain cultures tend to feel so much under the microscope that they overreact to performance feedback? High performing leaders need to understand these dynamics to help both the individual and the organization reach peak performance.
