Creating A Development Culture: People Development Strategies for Managers
One of the critical aspects of any management job is the ability to create an optimal work environment where employees can thrive and reach their full potential. Research has shown time and time again that one of the leading reasons employees voluntarily leave to pursue new opportunities has something to do with the extent to which they felt like their immediate boss was truly invested in and committed to their professional development.
