Achieving Peak Success: Fundamentals of Manageing and Leading Others
Session Background
At its core, management jobs are about being able to get the most out of each and every employee –including high potentials, steady contributors, challenging performers, and everything in between. The job requires a unique blend of personal interest and motivation and solid know-how in the skills and techniques related to how to effectively manage in different situations. This workshop equips managers with personal insight about their own characteristics and tendencies and a clear framework for thinking about how to maximize the productivity of their employees.
Session Objectives
- Introduce critical concepts and skills associated with effectively managing and motivating others
- Help managers and leaders gain additional self insight into their leadership style
- Create a structured opportunity for managers and leaders to develop a targeted action plan for further developing and/or modifying their leadership style for enhanced organizational impact
