As the new head of information technology in a large utility company, our client needed to find a way to get her management team to work together more effectively, given the increasingly challenging and complex demands from the organization. She knew that in order to build a high performing work group it was necessary not only to clarify her vision and direction for the function, but also to provide the team with fundamental management and leadership skills that would be critical to their ability to be maximally effective in serving their clients.
