A large financial services organization which was growing significantly and planning to double its size within the next five years asked for our help. Their significant growth required a more systematic approach to identifying future leadership talent. Given the uniqueness of what would be needed in terms of leadership capability, senior management wanted the opportunity to participate actively with us as external consultants in a process to better understand the up and coming talent.
The LSI Approach:
- Designed and facilitated a three day Assessment Center;
- Provided comprehensive feedback and development plans to support future development of high potential candidates;
- Assisted in communicating and positioning the assessment and development process in a way that was aligned with the organization’s culture.
The collaboration with the organization’s senior leadership team and human resources department brought about an objective and fair process that is being fully embraced as a new methodology for more proactively managing the talent “pipeline” to support organizational growth.
