As a regional firm with a clear focus, Leadership Solutions is committed to helping clients understand and address their human resource needs in practical and pragmatic ways. We strive to understand the culture of the organization and to identify solutions that are appropriate for their unique set of circumstances. We bring expertise and experience from working in large consulting firms, but are able to address client needs in a more personalized and flexible manner. Depending on the client’s needs, engagements range from large scale program or process interventions to general advice and guidance for individual leaders in the organization.

Leadership Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Dr. Renee Bellamy Booth, an industrial organizational psychologist with extensive experience and background in human resources, both in consulting and as an internal head of Human Resources for a major financial services organization. Dr. Booth spent 12 years at Hay Management Consultants in Philadelphia, where she helped establish and grow the human resource planning and development practice. Prior to her departure from Hay, Dr. Booth was the Vice President and General Manager of the Philadelphia office and a Partner in the firm.
